From Executive Coaching to Teamcoaching
I was coaching more and more executives since 2022 and noticed in many cases questions about the wider system started to arise. How do I empower my team? What role do I play - and want to play - in my own leadership team? Where do I want our organization to go, and how?
That is where I realized the value of expanding into coaching of teams, systems and organizations. In 2024 I got trained in ORSC Organization, Relationship, Systems Coaching. I am now bringing these extra tools on top of the rich set of exercises from individual coaching to a diverse set of groups, teams, and duo’s.
